The Co-Living Project is a modern and innovative housing concept introduced for the first time in Turkey. This project offers luxury units/suites that are fully furnished and ready to move in. It aims to create a vibrant community where like-minded and dynamic individuals can share various common areas designed to cater to different aspects of their lives, such as working, sports, socializing, playing, resting, eating, and drinking.

The project consists of 128 units/suites of 0+1/1+1 layouts that are ready to move in. Each unit comes with all the necessary furniture, kitchen appliances, and electronic equipment.

 The project offers an extensive 5500 m2 of common areas that cater to the residents' needs.

The living spaces are designed with modern amenities such as room service, cleaning services, a gymnasium, co-working spaces, private meeting rooms, restaurants/cafes, communal kitchens, private dinner areas, lounges, and even a cinema.

The project Management does the short-term and long-term rentals for your property.

Rental revenues are gathered in a pool and shared according to the holdings of the property owner.

You can reach about 8% of annual net income after considering 15 % of profits as the management fee.
