The project has been launched in collaboration with French artist, Vincent Faudemer, who will be creating bespoke art pieces of his famed Babolex for the building.

The two swimming pools are approximately 20 meters by 7 meters and 17 meters by 9 meters, respectively.

The living and dining areas feature porcelain tiled floors and painted walls, while the bedrooms come with the same flooring and wall treatment, along with a built-in wardrobe. The building offers a grand drop-off, gymnasium, and resident's swimming pool.

The kitchens are fitted with cabinets and stone countertops and come equipped with a refrigerator, cooker, and kitchen hood. They also have porcelain tiled flooring, painted walls, and a stainless-steel sink with fittings. Bathrooms feature porcelain tiled floors, porcelain vanity tops, shower enclosures, standard sanitary ware, fittings, and accessories, as well as mirrors.

The lobby has a floor-to-ceiling height of 4.5 meters, and the apartments have a floor-to-ceiling of 2.8 meters.
