The project has been launched in collaboration with French artist, Vincent Faudemer, who will be creating bespoke art pieces of his famed Babolex for the building.

They also have porcelain tiled flooring, painted walls, and a stainless-steel sink with fittings. The lobby has a floor-to-ceiling height of 4.5 meters, and the apartments have a floor-to-ceiling of 2.8 meters.
